Tenancy Management Officer

Tenancy Management Officer - £17,801 per annum (Grade 5), (FTE £29,274) – North Walsham, Norfolk – Part Time, Temporary.

Temporary maternity cover up to 12 months

22.5 hours per week, over 3 days

We are advertising for a company that is a registered charity and registered provider of affordable homes for those in housing need.  They own and manage 5,000 properties primarily in the north of Norfolk which provide homes to over 10,000 residents.

They are currently looking for a Tenancy Management Officer to join their busy Housing team.  You will be responsible for ensuring that tenancy management related issues, including allocations and mutual exchanges, are handled in accordance with their policies, whilst maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.  You will need to be a good team player with excellent communication skills and be able to work through problems in a logical manner whilst always maintaining a customer focus offering help and assistance wherever possible.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in housing and estate management and knowledge of current legislation relating to housing issues.

This post is an essential car user role as considerable travel is required. Applicants require a full clean driving licence and access to their own transport.
