Employability Key Worker

Julian House is looking to appoint a FTE Employability Key Worker to support adults and young people who face multiple and complex barriers to securing sustainable employment and training, across Bath and North East Somerset.
The ideal candidates will be excellent communicators, have substantial experience of supporting people into employment, working with hard to reach groups, have a good understanding of barriers and issues faced by unemployed and economically inactive people.
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver life changing results to people facing significant barriers to employment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning and enacting person-centred packages of support
- Sustained individual key-working, so that unemployed and economically inactive people with complex/multiple needs are able to reduce barriers and actively search and access the right work and training opportunities for them.
- To engage, inspire, develop and progress people towards and into employment and training opportunities.
