Customer Service Advisor
We are absolutely delighted to be adding to our Customer Service team in the form of this great Temporary to Permanent Customer Service Advisor job on a full time basis.
We have a real focus on satisfying our Customer`s needs on each and every interaction with us. This consistency ensures that our Customers not only return to us, but also refer us to their friends and family. This approach is enabling us to go from strength to strength, year on year.
You will be responsible for accurate data entry, answering inbound telephone calls, fully understanding each and every query and ensuring that the Customer`s query is answered efficiently in every call, taking payments and emailing between departments.
You will be fully trained throughout your career with us to include induction, systems training, coaching and relevant industry training.
Our perfect candidate has solid Customer Service experience preferably via the telephone, but we are also really happy to accept applications with people who do not have experience but a real desire to start their career in Customer Services.
