Service Desk Team Leader
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of Brook Street (UK) Ltd's global clients who are seeking a Service Desk Team Leader for their busy office in Belfast.
The Service Desk Team Leader will be charged with managing the Support Team, developing and coaching team, attending regular team meetings, conducting monthly one-to-ones, meeting KPI and SLA and supporting the team on troubleshooting devices and software
This role will suit candidates who have proven success in a Team Leader / Team Manager / Team Supervisor role with experience in ITIL framework and working within a 24/7 environment.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of one years experience in a similar role, be accredited with Comp TIA PDI+, Comp TIA A+, Microsoft Office Specialist or ITIL Service Desk Institute and have a working knowledge of ITIL Service operations.
The rate of pay will be £12 to £13 per hour. These roles will be long-term temporary as our client envisages the Team Leaders to be in place for the foreseeable future. The hours of work are between 0900 and 1800, and the days of the week are between Monday and Sunday.
