Please visit As Head of Transactional Services you will be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable departments to ensure maximum efficiency. This is a very hands on role where you will be heavily involved with staff management & development and the overall business goals & strategies whilst improving systems & processes. This is an extremely broad & varied role and an excellent opportunity to develop, grow and further your career. You shall be a strong Transactional Manager in a high-volume environment who has gained experience in a similar role of managing at least 30 staff. You'll need to be an experienced user of all Microsoft packages, with strong Excel skills. With strong leadership skills you will have confidence to lead and motivate teams. With the ability to manage your own workload and supervise the work of others you shall be a proactive leader and have negotiation skills and the ability to influence. You'll need to be a strong leader who is commercially aware and forward thinking.
