Marketing Manager (Medical Devices)

They have an exciting opportunity for a vibrant Marketing Manager to join the Procedural Solutions Business Unit where you will work alongside the National Sales Managers to set marketing strategy and direction for each country and ensuring all activities are implemented by UK based Product Managers.
Within the role you will own the new product development and launch process, managing the marketing elements within it whilst ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned to our Client and their Business Unit strategies. Defining, developing and implementing research marketing and product specific strategies and activities, you will develop and manage regional marketing plans and activities, including marketing budget, whilst also managing a UK based Product Management team.
Taking product management responsibility for a product group, you will work with the sales teams and distribution partners whilst also maintaining close contact with the international teams to develop their markets and distributors located in different regions.
They are looking for someone who has a university degree or equivalent, coupled with a Marketing Degree / MBA or professional qualification in marketing or related subject. With product or marketing management experience within the medical device industry, you will be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the marketing processes and will have the ability to set and implement strategy.
An excellent communicator with strong analytical skills, you will be a strong team player who can drive and motivate others.
The role is based at their Droitwich Office but will involve frequent international and domestic travel, including overnight stays.
