The Office Manager will be supporting the Directors in the administration of the firm and supporting fee earners with their work.
Examples of tasks:
- Preparing Management Reports.
- Administering the file review system, to include checking administrative compliance on files to be reviewed.
- Assisting as regards staff recruitment.
- Maintaining personnel and training records.
- Managing and organising staff’s annual leave, appraisals and other Human Resources matters as required by the Directors.
