Fulfilling Lives: Ageing Better is a Big Lottery Fund (BIG) investment looking to fund community-led approaches that enable older people who are most at risk of social isolation and loneliness to lead more fulfilling lives across 14 local authority areas in England.
We are looking for an experienced administrator with high level customer service skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task, excellent I.T. and organisational skills, along with experience of co-ordinating meetings, including minute taking. As the Administration Officer for the Ageing Better team, you will take full responsibility for ensuring that the team's administrative processes run smoothly, including assisting with the management and organisation of information, dealing with all written and electronic correspondence and answering general queries about the Ageing Better in Birmingham Programme.
