One to One Recruitment is working with Family Fund in York to recruit a Service Delivery Manager.
Are you looking for a role where your talents benefit the lives of families raising disabled or seriously ill children?
Family Fund is the UK's largest charity providing grants for families raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people - providing over 88,000 grants and services worth over GBP33 million last year.
We are looking for an exceptional individual to provide efficient and effective service delivery to families and a range of stakeholders. With the ability to organise and deliver a defined service offer, you will ensure the highest standards of quality assurance, compliance, data protection and security through recognised project management techniques.
As Service Delivery Manager, you will monitor delivery through the collection and collation of resource, financial and output management information and use analysis to ensure that all deliverables and outcomes are on target to be achieved. You will also identify areas of improvement or development to feed up to the Head of Service Delivery and Family Contact.
You will represent Family Fund service delivery at relevant groups and meetings, disseminating information relating to emerging service development throughout the organisation. You will also support Family Fund's Partnership Development Managers to maintain external delivery partnerships with relevant stakeholder organisations.
This is a particularly exciting time to join Family Fund in the role of Service Delivery Manager, with the opportunity to support the delivery of the BBC Children In Need Emergency Essentials programme as well as shaping current service delivery and providing input into new delivery.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or with equivalent experience. You will be a logical thinker with creative problem-solving abilities, have excellent project planning and evaluation skills and be pro-active and driven to succeed. With the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, you will be a well-organised team player, flexible, adaptable and resilient to work demands and changes.
This post is based in York.
If this describes you and your career aspirations, please apply ASAP with a persuasive covering letter ASAP to One to One Recruitment or call us for more information on (Apply online only).
Closing date for applications is 30 June 2018.
Salary - GBP31,376
Full time, permanent Contract (35 hours per week)
