We have an exciting new opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our People Services team in Bristol on a 14 month fixed term contract.
What youll get up to as an HR Administrator:
The overall objective of the role is to deliver excellence in HR Administration by role modelling our service style and continuous improvement approach.
To give you an idea what to expect, youll be:
- Delivery of all Employee Lifecycle administrative processes
- Production of contractual change letters
- Maintaining and publishing of Organisation charts
- Processing and provision of payroll instructions for all pay amendments including leave, allowances and ad hoc payments
- Process all leaver documentation including providing Payroll instruction and closing down records
- Support project work within the People team and wider business as requested
What we look for in you:
What is really important to us is that you have:
- Solid administration skills previously gained in an HR environment
- Proven track record in the delivery of accurate data management to tight timescales
- Excellent IT capabilities spanning MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel), and capacity to swiftly pick up bespoke IT systems and tools
- Excellent organisation, planning and accuracy
