ROLE: Production Labourer
LOCATION: Wellingborough
HOURS OF WORK: (Apply online only) Monday-Friday 47 Hours Paid / Week + overtime
BASIC SALARY: GBP7.38 - GBP7.83 (D.O.A) / hour + Bonus, paid after qualifying period.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Free Parking, Tea and Coffee making facilities, canteen, great chance to gain full time employment. Bonus worth between GBP300-GBP450 per month.

Our client specialises in high quality timber engineered frames, Floor Joists and has built a good reputation within their industry, is looking for enthusiastic, keen individuals to join their team as Production Labourers, working at their factory in Wellingborough. A regular Monday to Friday job with good potential for a permanent contract.
In this Production Labourer role, you will be responsible for:
* Loading jigs with timber beams
* Loading finished products on to flat bed trailers
* Quality control in all areas
* Working to strict schedules and tolerances
* Working as part of a team
In order to be successful as a Production Labourer, you must:
* Have experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment with a can do attitude
* Have some experience operating wood cutting machines and be enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills
* Be able to work to deadlines and tight tolerances
* Be able to work well independently as well as part of a team
* Be physically fit and have good communication with all co workers
