We are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Supervisor who has worked on Schools contracts in the local area.
Our Client is a leading national Grounds Maintenance Company who have a vacancy for a Contracts Supervisor in the Crawley area. Ideally you will be living in or near Crawley, Horsham, Chichester or East Grinstead.
The role will see you managing the Grounds Maintenance Teams on a number of Schools contracts as well as motivating your team you will be develop a good relationship with the Schools your team are responsible for.
Key requirements are grounds maintenance experience within schools and leading a team to ensure that they are completing the grounds maintenance within agreed time frames and to the required standards.
On offer is a basic salary of between GBP25,000 and GBP28,000, this will include the use of a Company Vehicle during the day, career progression opportunities, pension scheme and four weeks holidays (plus all standard bank holidays).
