A market leading payment solutions provider are looking to appoint a number of experienced and talented Telemarketing Executives (B2B) to their team based in the North East Lincolnshire area. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, fun and personable with a target driven attitude and a desire to excel within their career.

The role will entail contacting SME businesses to promote our clients card solutions, explaining how taking card payments can help customers add value to their business and increase turnover. The primary objective is to secure a face to face appointment with one of our clients card Payment Specialists.

Working hours:
Mon - Thurs - 8.30pm - 5pm
Fri - 8.30am - 2.30pm (Dress down Fridays)

Primary Responsibilities:
• Outbound cold calling with the assistance of highly advanced automated technology.
• Offline (form) and online (calls) inbound lead management.
• Pipeline management.
• Achieve productivity measures; appointment production and diary management.
• Achieve quality measures, appointment qualification and conversion of appointments to sales.

Skills & Qualifications:
• High level of verbal and written communication skills.
• Competitive by nature; always looking to exceed expectations and targets.
• PC Literacy with knowledge of MS Office Applications.
• Proven track record in targeted environment.

Previous Experience
• Outbound cold calling - Lead Generation, Appointment Making or Telesales.
• Experience in Finance or Card Payment industries would be advantageous however not essential.
