Grinding Machine Setter / Operative (Manual)
World recognised scissor manufacturer, established in 1760, currently experiencing rapid growth and requiring additional staff.
You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking to join a respected team of craftsmen involving scissor grinding, jig fabrication, fixtures, linishing and other metalwork in line with production requirements. There is no requirement for CNC grinding.

The company is in modern, purpose built facilities at Holbrook. Full training would be given.
Hours of work:
- 39 Hours per week + Occasional overtime (Production Dependent)
- 07:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday.
- 07:00 to 12:00 Friday.
- 15 minute morning break daily.
- 30 minute lunch break Monday - Thursday
Pay:
- Commensurate with experience.
- Will include a bonus and pension scheme

They have developed an extensive range of products over many years which is distributed through all the major engineering and tool distributors as well as many specialist engineering sectors, high end retail along with a multitude of traditional markets. The company is also expanding into new areas with new and innovative product.
