As a leading specialist recruiter we are always on the lookout for talent in the form of experienced support workers to work with both vulnerable adults and children in the Llanelli and surrounding areas in Swansea and Carmarthenshire.
Your role will be to provide a consistent level of care and support to people with learning disabilities and they may exhibit some challenging behaviour. The role requires a passionate person to support them with their daily routine and most importantly provide an extra smile to their day! This can be anything from supporting clients in their own home, assisting with care packages and working in residential supported living homes.
If you have 12 months experience in social care setting then we would love to hear from you! Having a form of restraint training and manual handling is also desirable.
