Our client based in Banbury are looking for a production supervisor to join their production team.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure production targets are met
• Ensure products are packed correctly and on time
• Communicate and cooperate with your managers and co-workers
• Keep your working environment safe and clean
• Supervise and manage team members
Requirements:
• Good health and fitness
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Hard working
• Previous production experience is essential
• Previous supervisory experience is essential
Additional information:
• Shifts (Rotate weekly): 4 days, 4 nights, 2 days and 2 nights
• Hours: 8-12 hour shifts
• Days: Sunday to Friday (Depending on shift)
