Technical Support Analyst/Developer
My client is a hugely successful and ever growing company located in Malvern, and due to phenomenal growth they have created a new role for a motivated and dynamic Technical Support Analyst to provide exceptional customer service to support to their clients and end users.
The company are a front runner in developing apps and web platforms, so ideal candidates will have new product development experience or come from a background in help desk support - ideally for mobile devices, with the potential ambition to becoming a developer.
Being the first point of contact for the clients you will manage incoming calls, identifying and assessing system users needs to achieve satisfaction, analyse faults and report trends.
You will be responsible for managing appropriate software updates on products and have the ability to handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
The company system is written in AngularJS and PHP. Experience in these coding languages and a desire to progress into development, is key to succeeding in this role.
