Dispenser/Patient Services Adviser

This is an interesting and varied position for someone who enjoys dealing with the general public but also has excellent organisational skills.

It would suit someone wishing to embark on a career in a GP practice.  We would prefer someone with a dispensing background but will train suitable applicants (funded course to be done in own time over six months).

You will work on our busy reception desks at New House Surgery, Dorking and at Hillside Surgery, Tadworth answering the phone, booking appointments, issuing repeat prescriptions, dispensing medication and dealing with numerous administrative tasks.  You need to be able to work autonomously but also as part of a team.  Excellent computer skills are essential and you will need your own transport.

Start date: asap. 

Hours: negotiable (two-way flexibility is key to this role). 

Shifts on reception are mainly 8-1 or 1-7.
