My client are the UK's number one provider of outdoor living solutions and have a rare opening to join their friendly and family like team. The role would be at entry level for a candidate with qualifications or experience in sales and marketing.

The role will be varied working in a busy environment. The offices are modern and open plan and easily accessible from Maidstone town centre. (10 - 15 minute walk)

Your role will be to provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Office Manager and to support trade partners. Some of your duties will include:-

Ensuring the CRM is update
Updating the google trade partner map
To implement outbound and agreed mailchimp campaigns
Being pro active with digital marketing
Appointment scheduling
Providing administration support to the sales team in the field
UPdating the database and building lists to contact trade partners
Liaise with CAD drawing for trade partners
To have a knowledge and understanding of all things technical on the site
To ensure that all the marketing support material is kept up to date

You will need a sound knowledge of general desktop IT solutions, have technical administration ability, have excellent mueracy and literacy and be a strong communicator verbally and in writing
