Customer Service Advisor (telephone based)
Do you have customer service experience and would like to utilise your skills with a vibrant and growing customer-focused company?
We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors on behalf of the TIFGroup to deliver 5* customer service to both new and existing customers. In this telephone-based role, you'll be conducting medical pre screening to rate risk, providing quotes and giving general advice over the phone.
MULTIPLE START DATES AVAILABLE: 2nd July / 30th July
Based in modern offices in Kings Hill, you'll be working with a friendly and dynamic team, in a growing and vibrant company. You'll start on an initial salary of £17,000 per year however there are regular pay reviews and with best-in-class training, coaching and support from an experienced team you'll have a clear progression plan from day one. Full attendance within the first 3 weeks would be essential for training purposes.
You don't need to have experience working with insurance because your great communication skills will help you deal with customers in a professional manner and handle any queries that come your way. Working hours are Monday to Friday and shifts fall between 08:00am and 20:00pm (8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am - 7pm and 11am - 8pm). You will also be required to work 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday a month.
