The Key Account Executive role is a full time, permanent, target driven role, pivotal to our ambitious growth plans. There is a requirement for travel within the East Midlands therefore a full driving licence and access to a car is essential.

The Role

You will support the Key Account Manager by advising, engaging and supporting their large levy paying organisations through the Apprenticeship levy process in order to utilise their levy account to its full potential and co-funded model as appropriate through apprentice recruitment and up-skilling their current workforce.

You will be developing new relationships and developing existing relationships through face to face meetings and where necessary compiling proposals and presentations, as well as maintaining effective relationships with all internal colleagues to ensure services are delivered to an excellent standard that will maximize opportunities to provide added value programmes and services.

The Individual

You will be experienced in field based B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. You will have a proactive, can do attitude coupled with excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

You will also have excellent verbal, written and communications skills, with an awareness of Government, LEP, SFA, and EFA skills priorities, policy changes, labour market trends and new opportunities.
