Experienced Office Administrator – Building Control Sector

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to support our Office Manager in the smooth running of our thriving Chester Office (CH1 4QN). You will responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including - but not limited to - data inputting on to our bespoke system, dealing with telephone enquiries, document control, uploading/issuing/filing paperwork/electronic communications, diary management, processing telephone card payments, arranging site inspections and preparing building control regulated documents.
You will be an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with the ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision within a small team. You must be IT literate and have excellent communication and organisational skills along with consistently high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. A minimum grade of GCSE A*- C in English and Maths (or equivalent) is required.
A background within BUILDING CONTROL would be advantageous, however training can be provided for the right candidate.
