Bridge McFarland Solicitors are recruiting for a Receptionist / Secretary to join our Admin team. Previous reception and/or secretarial experience is essential. Ideally you will also have previous experience of working within a law firm.
The Receptionist/Secretary’s duties include, but are not limited to: processing incoming calls, answering queries face to face and over the telephone, audio transcription and general office admin duties to ensure the smooth effective running of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent telephone, client handling and organisational skills and be able to work on their own initiative.
