We currently have an opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team based in Tonbridge.
Within the role, you will lead, supervise and control the daily activity on one or more schemes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Providing a quality service to quality standards, you will guarantee maximum performance and efficiency alongside meetings clients’ needs and expectations. The successful Site Manager will be responsible for achieve or exceeding pre-set KPI criteria.
Candidates for this position will hold SMSTS OR SSSTS training coupled with previous experience within a Site Manager/Supervisor position managing one or more schemes simultaneously.
The successful Site Manager will also hold Asbestos Awareness alongside First Aid at Work. Ideally you will have a CSCS Card coupled with a Basic Scaffold Inspection Certificate.
With extensive kitchen and bathroom refurbishment experience within high dealing volume schemes, you will be able to demonstrate experience in Health and Safety matters. Ideally, candidates will have knowledge of Building Regulations along with a Trade qualification. A proficient user of IT and MS office packages, you will have knowledge of CDM requirements. Above all, we are looking for an individual who has the motivation to succeed within our dynamic team.
Candidates for this role must hold a full valid UK driving licence
