Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to take responsibility for developing, delivering and measuring the external communication plans and strategy. You’ll report into the Marketing and Development Manager and will work towards brand growth and new business acquisition to support growth aspirations. You’ll be a key champion of the company's tone of voice across B2C and B2B and content creation.

You’ll also have line management responsibility for the tactical marketing team who will work on delivering the FY18 marketing plan and developing the FY19 marketing plan. The team will focus on new business development as well as supporting the customer marketing lead in relation to customer retention and loyalty.

Further tasks include developing and implementing a PR plan and strategy, developing compelling content to support tactical marketing campaigns and social media messaging and identifying, reviewing and optimising new and existing marketing channels. You’ll also organise and manage selected marketing events and manage the tactical budget.

We’re looking for a strong commercially focussed marketer, with strong problem solving ability and the drive to help direct a wider business change programme. You’ll be educated to degree level or equivalent with previous experience in a similar marketing role with line management responsibilities. Experience of managing multiple campaigns supporting multiple products aimed at both B2C and B2B is important combined with experience of PR development and selling content into marketing channels. Budget management experience is also important as well as experience of developing and growing a brand and a proven ability of working towards targets and deadlines.

You’ll need to have strong MS Office expertise with experience of Adobe CreativeCloud being advantageous combined with strong written and verbal communication skills and effective planning and organisational skills.
