We operate in four counties within the Eastern Region, manage assets of £210m and deliver housing services to residents of over 6,000 homes.

We are currently recruiting for an Oil and Gas Heating Engineer to carry out oil breakdown and repairs in association with Saffron’s stock. You will carry out repairs and upgrades within Saffron’s improvement programmes such as replacements of oil tanks and ensure Health and Safety standards and regulations are adhered to.

Additionally, you will ensure that compliance is achieved with regards to the oil servicing programme. You are required to participate in the out of hours heating callout rota.

Our ideal candidate will have recognised oil qualifications such as OFT10-101, OFT10-105E  OFT10-600A, DAH1 and UHWSS or equivalent. Heating qualifications such as Gas ACS, HETAS or working towards is highly desirable. You will have previous experience of working as a service engineer within the oil and heating service industry. It is essential you have previous experience of installing oil fuel storage and supply systems and fault diagnostics of oil boilers and heating systems. You will have the ability to prioritise own workload to meet specific timescales and deadlines. You must have a full driving licence for business purposes.
