We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Coordinator to join our team based in Richmond.

Within this role, your work will be essential in controlling and managing the repairs process, actual spend, and monitoring overall expenditure. This is identified as one of the high-risk business areas which requires in depth monitoring. You will lead on operational delivery, and review contractor performance to ensure an efficient and effective service, working in partnership with a centralised repairs and maintenance team, other internal teams, contractors and stakeholders.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have practical experience of managing responsive repairs process as well as delivering process improvement and managing differing client and customer groups and priorities.

An operational understanding of repairs and voids processes and familiarity with building maintenance is also essential.
