Bodyshop Manager - West Midlands,  Salary: £40,000

Our client offers a diverse range of products and services to commercial vehicle operators throughout the UK.  Long established, they are industry leaders and have significant presence in the transportation sector.

Due to continued growth they now seek to appoint a Bodyshop Manager to lead their dedicated bodyshop catering for all types of commercial vehicles and trailers, HGV cab and van repairs, accident repair, vehicle and trailer repair refurbishment and fabrication.

Working with our clients growing retail customer base of commercial vehicles and trailers your responsibilities would include:
  • Planning/managing the workload
  • Quality control
  • People management
  • Planning and prioritising customer requirements
  • Customer liaison
  • Development of quotes and quoting capabilities
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience of managing people.
