Are you seeking the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for Property Manager in East London with a reputable Housing Association.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday (09:00am to 17:00pm)

Competitive salary starting from GBP28,000 per annum to GBP33,000 per annum plus GBP1,300 per annum Essential Car User Allowance

As a Property Manager you will own a patch of approximately 1200 units which will include leasehold and general needs homes. You will be responsible for ensuring all customers are happy and safe.

Our Property Managers will be expected to seek out solutions for all customers whatever their needs and will need to be able to think independently and creatively. We are looking for resilient people with energy and capability.

You should be able to show that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a complex workload as well as being able to demonstrate a strong track record of providing excellent customer service with the ability to think on your feet and take responsibility and ownership for the schemes you will manage. The ability to monitor the financial costs of managing properties and scrutinise service charges would also be desirable.

It is also essential that you hold a current driving licence and have access to a car.
