We are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to help with the continuing expansion of the UK's fastest growing job board, by sourcing and engaging with new clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to kick start a career in sales. You don't need to have any sales experience, you just need to be outgoing, confident, persistent and ambitious. You will work alongside an experienced and highly successful sales team, and full training will be given to ensure your development and help you to forge a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Developing new business opportunities by making initial contact with new clients
• Building a strong in-depth product knowledge
• Educating clients to understand the features and benefits of the product
• Consistently achieving monthly targets
Essential Criteria
• Passion for selling and negotiating
• Persistent and persuasive
• Motivated to achieve results
• Confident and professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be a positive and driven individual, with the tenacity and target driven attitude of a sales person
