Manufacturing Production Technician -Team Leader
Ascot, Berkshire. Commutable from Bracknell, Maidenhead, Slough, Farnborough, Guildford, Reading, Twickenham
GBP27950 Basic plus 10% Bonus plus shift allowance of 25% for weekend work or nights plus overtime (time 1/2/double time)
38.5 Hours, Two shift patterns available: Either Days 7AM-7PM OR Days/Nights 7AM-7PM/7PM-7AM (4 on, 4 off, 3 on, 3 off)
Are you from a manufacturing production/engineering background with team leading skills looking for a position within a truly fascinating and growing materials industry where you will learn new skills and work on new equipment?
This is a very varied position where you will be trained and challenged in an ever evolving environment. The salary can be increased significantly through bonus, shift allowance and overtime so your actual earnings will be over GBP34K.
The role is with a global leader in their market and are investing heavily in both staff and equipment.

This position is a varied hands on manufacturing role operating production equipment plus ensuring production targets are met
Therefore tasks will include:
1.Hands on manufacturing tasks using rotating equipment
2.Setting up and operating bespoke machinery and lasers
3.Leading the team on hitting KPI's, helping drive improvements and a culture of superb health and safety.
To apply you should have
1.Working background in manufacturing production
2.Ability to read engineering drawings and Experience of using quality inspection equipment
3. Experience of team leading
