Salary: GBP22000 to GBP26000

Location: Letchworth

Job Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 1 hour break

Are you looking for a role which is able to offer you both computer based work alongside hands on work with products?

Our client in Letchworth are currently looking for a Technician who can complete inspection and repairs as well as type up quotations and offer telephone based resolution to clients too.

Job Duties:

• Drawing up quotations for clients
• Carrying out inspections, calibrations and repair of products
• Providing customer support via telephone and email
• Learning new products as they are bought out
• Be able to resolve issues and find a solution for various problems with products
• Sometimes attend off site inspections when required

Person Specification:

• Be a confident and professional communicator
• Proficient IT skills
• Seeking a role which can offer both administration and hands on workload
• Have a methodical approach to troubleshooting and a keen eye for detail
• Be self-motivated
