Together Trust, a North West based charity, is looking for positive and supportive people to work in their residential service in Worsley. The new home will offer shared care and long-term placements for children and young people aged six to 17 years who have autism and associated needs.
Kerri has been working at the Trust for 12 years, her hard work and professionalism has seen her work her way up to become the registered manager for the new home. She is now looking for people who share her passion and determination: "It’s been a bit of a dream to set up a home from scratch and I’m looking for supportive people to join me at this exciting time”.
The new home will be a truly holistic and multi-disciplinary provision. You will get to be part of an enthusiastic team who will work together to ensure the children and young people reach their full potential. Kerri describes working as a residential support worker as a rewarding and fulfilling career: “You get to build strong relationships with your colleagues because you get to see the young people develop together as a team”.
