An exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager has arisen to manage a medium sized service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex needs.

Working for a local and established oragnisation providing care and support for Adults with profound Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.

As Registered Manager your responsibilities will include the management of staff, managing rotas, budgeting finances, performance management, managing care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Your excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a strong team will be key in this role as will your assertive but firm and fair management approach. You will have attaste 3 years of managing within a similar setting supporting adults with Learning disabilities and Complex Needs.

You will hold a minimum Diploma Level 4 in Health and Social Care with a proven track record of managing a service within Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs but ideally have a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management. This is a excellent opportunity for someone wanting to progress within their career with great working environment and potential scope for development.

This is a full time position with a salary circa £30,000 plus development and exciting benefits. Car driver is essential.
