Support Worker - Young People
Would you like to be an advocacy for Young People?
Our service in Cheltenham provides a home for ten 16 to 21 year olds who have found themselves homeless. We are looking for people who have worked with youths acting as the responsible adults to listen to them and support them with their daily lives. Duties include showing youths how to cope with everyday activities and basic life skills such as cooking, helping with CVs, accessing services via the internet and creating a safe and therapeutic home environment.
SHIFTS AND PAY: Shifts tend to be from 3pm to 11pm with a sleep in until 8am. If you have a background or some experience of this type of work and are looking for a couple of shifts a week, we would love to hear from you.
