Our client helps people who are struggling to find a place to live. They help customers stay in their homes comfortably, so they can live the life they choose.

Although they’ve been around for 15 years, social housing has experienced significant changes. They feel now is the right time for them to transform the way they deliver services.   

 In everything they do they endeavour to provide customers with brilliant customer service, aiming for first contact resolution in as many contacts as possible. Social housing and social impact is at the heart of what they do, and they care about the customers living in their communities. 

Some of the key responsibilities for this role are; providing a low effort trusted customer service that offers solutions when customers first contact them. Responding to a wide range of tenancy enquiries from customers taking ownership of those enquiries and managing the follow up administration work. Managing a number of processes that facilitate requests for tenancy changes and contributing to the management of the garage rental portfolio. Experience of using a variety of communication channels is essential, along with accuracy and attention to detail. 

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and organised person who thrives on new challenges, and who is self-motivated and a great communicator. You may already be working in housing but it’s not essential.
