Middleweight 3D Creative Designer
Conrad Consulting are excited to be working with an ambitious collective of Designers, Architects and Interior experts specialising in retail experience based in their office near Milton Keynes. Their Retail team is looking for a confident and creative Middleweight 3D Creative Designer with at least 3 year's agency experience and outstanding design ability within retail and hospitality.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious and passionate about their work whilst possessing the ability to generate conceptual ideas and develop them into robust solutions that are on brief and on budget.
You will be well organised, efficient and able to reliably meet deadlines. You will thrive within a creative team and be comfortable working independently when required. Working in an agile environment, we are seeking someone ambitious to drive our creative output forward. The role has scope to evolve with the business.
Essential requirements:
• Over 3 years retail design experience
• Ability to confidently and coherently explain ideas
• Degree level design qualification
• Proficiency in Cinema4D, Vectorworks, Adobe, Indesign and Illustrator
• Ability to interrogate a brief and rapidly develop creatives solutions
• Ability to work on multiple fast-paced projects
• Excellent hand sketching skills
• Collaborative
• Organised
• Knowledgeable about retail trends
• Self-motivated to produce quality work whilst meeting deadlines
