Our client develops mobile apps for marketing and event management and are expanding their UK team as their client base is growing : globally
We have room for a Junior Event Manager / Junior Account Manager to join the lively Bracknell team to take on a range of UK and international (US and European) clients. You'll be supporting a range of Tier1 customers at their Marketing Events, providing customer support, event management, collecting results, running reports, product logistics and invoicing and scheduling!
You'll also be in charge of a range of back office roles : managing internal marketing campaigns, managing the CRM database, trade show / marketing events and product demonstration and development
If you are a good all rounder with a burning passion for marketing events, marketing, stats, account management and customer services. Combined with you mega efficient office admin, customer services skills this is the perfect role for you in a team of like minded marketing sirens.
You'll be working on all aspects of Event Account Management:
Event co-ordination
Managing "customer area" in the Cloud / updates
Preparing marketing collateral
Helping organise marketing events / tradeshows
Customer Services
Web demos
Invoicing
Marketing
Your great set of organisational skills around customer services, good written and verbal comms and are looking for somewhere you have a varied and busy day in a Marketing Environment with lots going on and where your work and contributions makes a difference and are appreciated, then this is the job for you !
