Shift Supervisor - Onsite recruitment
Location Littlehampton, West Sussex

Main Responsibilities:
The Successful applicant will be accountable for the following:
* To assist in providing a full range of recruitment services for our client site
* To ensure the site's requirement for temporary labour is met and delivered to a level of service agreed with the client
* To prepare daily End of Shift data and share with the Line Manager and those agreed within the client team
* To prepare weekly KPI Spreadsheets and share with Line Manager and those agreed within the client team
* To prepare a legible work plan for the preparation of payroll facilities as required
* To ensure all information required to payroll the Temporary workforce is with the Payroll Teams for them to be paid correctly
* To support advertising campaigns, pre-screening applicants, interviewing applicants, and selecting applicants for day induction, through liaising with the recruitment teams and contact centre as required
* To induct applicants to standards agreed with the client
* To ensure that all working practices are carried out in accordance with relevant legislation
Key Competencies:
The successful applicant is considered competent when the standards shown below are being achieved in the following key competency areas;
* Worker Recruitment and Selection
* Planning and Controlling Personal Activity
* Managing Worker & Client Relationships
* Administration
* Self Development
This is an extremely demanding role, supporting a growing fulfillment centre, working with a customer who demands the very highest standards.
Therefore the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a track record in on site recruitment recruitment and knowledgeable of retaining quality workers.
In addition the successful candidate will be a team player and will require tenacity and a flexible approach to work duties and hours of work especially during the peak period.
