Duties
* Initial 4 months work in Milton Keynes, East Midlands based thereafter.
* Supervision of site on a day to day basis reporting to the contracts manager
* Ensuring build programmes & schedules are met.
* Management of sub-contractors
* Management of trades & labour on site
* Client facing skills
* Organisational skills
* Holding site meetings
* Toolbox talks
Requirements
* Site management experience
* Must have worked on new build projects
* Good IT knowledge
* Excellent communication skills
* Evidence of continuous professional development
* Valid UK Driving Licence
Qualifications
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid Certificate
Salary/Package
GBP50.000 (Depending on experience) + Package
