What you will be doing?
Point of contact for all inbound inquiries via emails & telephone
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers alike
Understanding the clients needs and requirements to exceed expectations
Collating bespoke itineraries and up-selling where possible
What is required?
Strong knowledge of the UK & Ireland as destinations
Travel or Hospitality experience
Fluency in English & French
