Key Account Manager

My client an international based transport and logistics company based in Bradford are looking for a Key Account manager to join their rapidly expanding team.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in either international logistics, who is an excellent and efficient communicator.

Main duties of the role would include:

" Liaising with a portfolio of existing customers, developing new business opportunities
" Taking incoming calls and enquiries and creating and issuing quotes for a service
" Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
" Ensuring timely and successful deliveries to each of their accounts/customers
" Collaborating with different parts of the business to identify new growth and sales opportunities
" And co-ordinate with overseas partners

In order to be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with:

" A minimum of 2 years experience within a transport/logistics of freight forwarding industry
" Proven track record as an account manager, key account manager or sales account role
" Exceptional customer service skills
" Proven ability to multitask
" Keen eye for detail
" Experience working with CRM software
