Job Title: Paint Line Inspector

Location: Darwen, Lancashire

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

Hours of Work: Mon to Thu 8 - 5 Fri 8 - 2

The Company, established for over 35 years and now one of the North West's leading multi award winning engineering companies is looking to recruit 3 experienced and enthusiastic Paint Line Inspector to join their busy team based in Darwen, Lancs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Paint Line Inspector, who wishes to progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• To oversee and Final view paint quality of all products coming off the line
• To oversee and final view all products individual packing requirements and general packaging condition prior to leaving department.
• To oversee and inspect online processes throughout the shift to minimize quality concerns.
• To carry out and log all daily maintenance at start-up & shut down on pre-treatment and paint equipment.
• To work closely with the Quality department to minimise product issues.
• To report any issues that need management attention so we can implement new processes and make changes to ensure

We have a strong department able to produce components reliably to a high standard.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Powder coating experience essential.
• Powder coating experience in a supervisory or similar inspection role an advantage.
