The Wholesale Account Manager role:

As our Wholesale Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a group of wholesale accounts, to ensure all customer needs are delivered in a timely manner and excellent customer service is given. You will be require to achieve monthly sales targets, sales growth and customer retention.

Roles & Responsibilities required of our Wholesale Account Manager:

- Managing an existing account portfolio of resellers, growing sales to agreed targets
- Help generate new store leads from existing portfolio, and progress with project team
- Progress new business leads 
- Maintain account relationships through regular contact by phone, email and face-to-face meetings 
- Work closely with accounts to advised on sales and marketing campaigns, sharing best practise 
- Continual communication of new products, sharing product specs, benefits and suitable promotion ideas
- Regular review of reseller social media channels, making recommendations and sharing best practises through the network
- Regular review of reseller product matrix to help with business development
- Attend reseller visits as required

Our ideal Wholesale Account Manager will have:

- Desire to work as part of the team whilst understanding own responsibility to get the job done
- Proven track record of business development within a focussed account group
- Must have worked within the vaping industry for a minimum of 1-2 years
- Helpful, proactive and customer service focussed attitude
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to multi task, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy work environment
- Clean UK Drivers Licence
