BS Social Care are advertising on the behalf of their client, as they are looking for a Registered Estates Manager in the Chislehurst area. Our client has recently developed 55 privately owned luxury apartment in an Assisted Living environment. With 24 hour a day cover in order to support their privately owned home owners to excel within an independent lifestyle for as long as possible.

About the role
The ideal candidate will be able to create the right conditions to motivate a thriving team. The Ester Manger work with our client's parent company to fulfilling their vision to enhance the living conditions of the residing retired community.
What they are looking for
- You must have experiences in leading, inspiring and developing a team.
- Proactive in your approach to self- development, ensuring you are able to support the business as they home grows.
- Able to take a flexible approach to work and be willing to travel to other developments to learn/share best practices.
What you need to have
- A level 5 in Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent.
- Computer Literate/ Microsoft Office- Word and Excel
- Good oral and written communication
- Flexibility to work alternative weekends.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager (Or Strong Deputy experience)
- Previous experience managing a service for elderly people (Ideally, Domiciliary Care but may consider Elderly Residential Care).
