Do you want to be part of a world-leading team in a new technology? Are you a Service and Commissioning Team Leader looking to work for a global leading organisation? My client is based in Oxford and develops and designs advanced laser processes in microelectronic, photovoltaic and flat panel displays.

The Service Support and Commissioning Team Leader, Oxford, will be responsible for leadership, management and guidance of staff and activities within a team of Service Support and Commissioning Engineers. Responsibilities will include implementing and delivering aftersales support systems to manage and track client interactions and activities, planning activities and allocating resources required to install, commission and support equipment at customer sites worldwide. Other responsibilities will include commissioning duties, setting up and fault finding, conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) installing equipment and processes prior to conducting Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), providing training to client engineers and recording and documenting all aspects of work.

The Service Support and Commissioning Team Leader, Oxford, will have at least 5 years' experience within a similar role, have hands on experience of electrical and mechanical assembly work, have a basic understanding of machine software and will have experience in a leadership role.

Although this role is office based it will include regular requests to travel abroad for project related activities.
