ROLE: Chief Executive Officer

​LOCATION: Nantgarw Office

​SALARY:  £80,001 + 6% Employer Pension Contribution

Drive is a charitable company based in South East Wales employing 650 people and providing quality person-centred support to approximately 300 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health issues. Our mission is to enable people with disabilities to live valued lives and achieve their potential.

Drive’s culture encourages the active participation of supported people and staff in the running of the organisation. We consult widely to formulate business and strategic plans through regular forums.

We're incredibly proud of everything that we've achieved over the last 28 years and we continue to be a leading provider in the Welsh social care sector and partner of choice to many Local Authorities.

As our current Chief Executive plans his retirement, we're seeking a new Chief Executive to work alongside our Board and lead the organisation, balancing our business and social ambitions.

You will be ready to meet the challenges faced by the social care sector head on, and as a strategic, inclusive and authentic leader you'll inspire and motivate our staff to deliver on our promises to our stakeholders.
