A rare and very exciting opportunity has arisen with my client, an established estate agent based in Sheffield, to join their team as a Senior Sales Negotiator.

The role will include;

Handling enquiries in full, from both vendor and seller

Carry out and attend viewings where required

Negotiating offers and converting to sales

Provide a professional and friendly service

Liaise with solicitors/vendors/buyers to progress sales to completion

Candidate requirements;

A successful history and proven track record in residential property sales

Self-motivated, sales and target orientated mindset

Strong knowledge of the local property market

Valid driving licence

Salary: GBP17,000 basic salary, OTE GBP25,000
