Property Managment Negotiator

I am actively looking for a Property Management Negotiator, successful applicant will be managing around 300 properties in various locations including but not limited to Camborne, St Ives, Perranporth, Pool to name a few. This is an exciting opportunity for an expired and qualified to a min of level 3 property negotiator. Duties include but are not limited to;

• Ensure company standards are met and maintained
• Deal with maintenance issues and emergencies effectively and efficiently
• Respond to tenant maintenance issues within the required timeframe
• Carry out accurate and detailed quarterly inspections
• General property administration and customer service
• Negotiate between all parties in the case of any tenancy issues
• Use good organisational skills, planning and time management
• Liaise with landlords
• Ensure the Branch is fully compliant with all regulations

Expectations & Skills

• Be motivated and results driven
• Proven track record obtaining desired results
• Experience in estate agency or the willingness to acquire it
• Appropriate professional qualifications or willingness to undertake training for them and to achieve ARLA or equivalent within 1 years of your start date
• Providing excellence in customer services
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with your Manager and your team colleagues
• Show excellent rapport building skills
