The RSPB is the country's largest nature conservation charity, inspiring everyone to give nature a home. Together with our partners, we protect threatened wildlife so our towns, coast and countryside will teem with life once again.

As a charitable organsiation, we rely on public support to enable us to fund our work to Save Nature.

As a good communicator you will be happy recruiting and motivating a large group of remotely based volunteers. You will be based in our Newcastle Office, with specific responsibility for income generation from volunteer networks using our popular pin badges throughout the North East. You will also be expected to support the current community fundraiser on other fundraising initiatives such as challenge events.

We can offer a role with variety, a friendly office environment, a supportive and experienced team to work with and the opportunity to raise thousands to help our struggling wildlife.

If you are organised, enthusiastic, thrive when presented with targets, can keep on top of competing demands on your time and want to contribute to making a difference to a great cause through leading and developing a team of community fundraising volunteers to raise income, then we would love to hear from you.
